We will anticipate to prepare and ship your order within approximately 2-3 business days from order date. Any orders placed after 11am MST will be processed from the following day. Use the below shipping time frames as a guideline:

Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping: 3 - 6 business days
Express Shipping: 1 - 2 business days
Next Day Delivery: 1 business day for orders placed before 10am MST. Excludes pre-order products.

USA Shipping

Standard Shipping: 6 - 10 business days

As per our terms and conditions, in a case of any order that has proof of shipping via the tracking number, but the buyer is unable to locate their order we are not responsible and will not offer a credit or refund. 

The products covered by each contract (i.e. accepted order) are at your risk upon delivery of the order to the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries and you will need to contact Canada Post directly to create a claim or raise a dispute for any orders deemed lost or stolen.

Shipping prices will be automatically calculated at checkout for your convenience. As each item is heavy and fragile we have factored the extra care, time and eco-friendly packaging materials used, avoiding plastic where possible to ensure your order gets to you safely into these shipping prices. 

Our next day delivery service is available nation wide to our Canadian customers. Simply order before 11am MST to receive your order the next business day. For any orders made after the cut off time, we'll ship it the following day. Excludes pre-order products.
